The director will also meet and work with the conference venue staff to assure all of your needs are met.
Live event - Opus staff will be on site in advance of your event to setup all necessary lighting and equipment required to record and stream video. A staff member will be available in each venue of your event to assure a quality recording. Staff will also provide audio-visual support for your speakers and assure that all presentations and sessions run smoothly.
Video production - Using our proprietary technology and state of the art equipment, we will deploy a comprehensive video recording and streaming system. Our technology allows us to rapidly prepare your video for review and distribution right after the event.
